Valdes, Ph.D. is Founder and CEO of Performance Vertical Consulting.  He is the author of Razor Thin:  The Diffference Between Winning and Losing.  He is a licensed psychologist who received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas Tech University.  He is an experienced clinician and consultant who has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium-sized business.  He has coached individual managers and executives as well as management and executive teams and corporate boards.  However, his passion is working with elite and aspiring athletes, coaches and teams.
